• Educate (tutorials, mentorship & content)

Each service is governed by specific deliverables and pricing agreed upon during booking or via written communication.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receiving an advance as communicated (minimum 50%).

• Full payment must be made before final delivery of the project.

• Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or online gateways as shared.

• Pricing is inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable) and will be specified in each proposal.

  
  

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and no work has commenced.

• Rescheduling of shoots or deliverables must be informed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

• Refunds will not be processed once work has started or if deliverables are already in progress unless under exceptional circumstances.

  
  

5. Delivery Timelines

• Standard turnaround times vary based on the service type and will be communicated before project commencement.

• Delays due to client-side inputs, approvals, or unforeseen events may impact timelines.

• Urgent or priority delivery may be charged extra and must be agreed upon in advance.

  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All creative content (photos, videos, designs, music, code) produced by Shrigraphy Studio remains our intellectual property until full payment is made.

• Post-payment, clients are granted commercial rights for use unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Shrigraphy retains the right to use work for promotional or portfolio purposes unless a prior NDA is signed.

  
  

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all required materials (logos, references, assets, scripts) in a timely manner.

• Any delays in inputs may affect project timelines.

• Clients agree not to resell, misrepresent, or misuse the work created by Shrigraphy.

  
  

8. Limitations of Liability

• While we strive to provide the highest quality work, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Shrigraphy Studio is not responsible for loss of data, reputation, or revenue resulting from the use of our services.
